A note form the Falster's: we are 100% satisfied with this program. We have a 1987 Honda that after all these years decided to all of a sudden start locking its doors automatically. While at a friends home for a meeting it locked us out. We called the toll free number and the service man arrived promptly and opened the vehicle w/in about 20 minutes. In the event of a hit and run involving a car registered to a member, anyone providing information to law enforcement agencies that leads to the apprehension of the perpetrator is eligible to apply for a $500 reward. Members or members family are not eligible for a reward.

Members receive up to $300 in accident/collision expense reimbursement. This allows members to spend up to $100 a day for up to 3 days when involved in an accident or collision and are over 100 miles away from home. The covered expenses include - alternate transportation (rental car, bus

When traveling anywhere in the continental U.S., call our map routing specialists and we will provide you with detailed 4-color maps to get you where you want to go (1-866-294-0934). M-F 8:30am-5:00pm EST. Please call at least 2 weeks in advance of your trip to ensure timely delivery of
your trip routing. We will prepare turn by turn directions wire bound and in four colors especially for you and your specified route. We will include points of interest, local attraction information and fun games for children of all ages. Trip expenditure and budget tracking sections are
